Ice Cream with Balsamic Strawberries

2 Portions

Cooking Time: 1 hr

4 scoops of vanilla ice cream

½ cup of strawberries, halved

1 tablespoons sugar

2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar

1/3 cup pistachios (optional)

Fresh mint

  1. Mix the strawberries, balsamic, and sugar in a bowl. Stir lightly. Cover the bowl and set aside at room temperature for one hour.
  2. When ready to serve, pour the strawberries over vanilla ice cream and garnish with pistachios and mint leaves.
